At DK Clothings we value your trust and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Each product is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped to maintain the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

• DK Clothings operates an online store selling apparel and accessories in India.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
• You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent, to make a purchase.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST is calculated at checkout.
• Product images are for illustration; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products without notice.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice; the price at checkout is final.

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (online) or order confirmation (COD).
• We accept UPI, cards, net banking via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery where available.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

All purchases made on our website are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our No Refund Policy.

Exchanges are offered only in the following eligible cases:

• Product received is damaged.
• Product received is incorrect (product mismatch).

No exchange will be accepted for personal preference, dislike, or change of mind. See our full Exchange Policy for details.

Customers must record a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video at the time of opening the package. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the product inside.

Without this video, no exchange request will be accepted under any circumstances.

• Once the issue is verified through the unboxing video, an exchange may be approved.
• The customer must self-ship the product back to us — we do not provide pickup service.
• You may use any reliable courier service at your own cost.
• After we receive and verify the returned product, we will dispatch the correct replacement product.

DK Clothings is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products, except as required under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
