Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for orders placed on DK Clothing.

Eligible Refunds

  • Returns approved under our Return Policy within 3 days of delivery.
  • Orders cancelled before dispatch — full refund to original payment method.
  • Defective or wrong item received — full refund or replacement after verification.
  • COD orders refunded via bank transfer or store credit (as applicable).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Innerwear, socks, and personal care items for hygiene reasons.
  • Customised or made-to-order products unless defective.
  • Items returned without original tags, in worn condition, or after 3 days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

  • Submit a return request from Account → Orders within 3 days of delivery.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we approve or decline within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Online payments: refund credited to the original payment method (bank processing may take 5–10 additional days).
  • COD orders: refund via bank transfer — you will be asked to provide account details.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if an item is returned in a condition that reduces resale value, or if only part of a multi-item order is returned.
