We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window
You may request a return within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- Item must be in original packaging where applicable.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to Return
- Log in to your account and go to Orders.
- Select the order and click "Request Return".
- Choose the item(s) and reason for return.
- Our team will review and share pickup or drop-off instructions within 24–48 hours.
- Pack the item securely and hand it to the courier or drop at the designated location.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size/colour subject to availability. Mention your preferred exchange in the return request, or place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, swimwear, and socks.
- Sale items marked "Final Sale" (if applicable).
- Gift cards and digital products.
